If a specific glass is not immediately available, we will usually deliver it within 2-3 business days . For non-standard models or specialized glass, the lead time may be slightly longer, which we always inform the customer of when accepting the order.

In most cases, replacing a windshield takes 2 to 4 hours. During this time, we remove the old glass, prepare the surface, and install the new one, ensuring complete sealing.

Not always. Repairs are possible for chips and cracks up to approximately 2 cm in diameter, provided they are not in the driver's field of vision or on the edge of the windshield. More extensive damage requires replacing the entire windshield.

Timely response is crucial. The chip should be sealed and repaired as soon as possible—ideally within 24–48 hours of the damage . Each day of delay increases the risk that the crack will expand due to vibration, temperature changes, or moisture. Repair then becomes impossible and the glass must be replaced.
